The Probate Clerk's Office handles the clerk's responsibilities as they relate to matters involving administration of deceased person's estates. This includes probating wills and issuing letters of administration for persons who die interstate.
The Clerk's Office also handles:
- Filing of conservatorships
- Filing of guardianships
- Filing of name changes
- Opening of small estates
- Various other matters
